Job summary

Major League Soccer seeks a Senior Manager of Betting to lead the operating side of MLS’s betting, prediction markets, and data partnerships. You will own relationships with sportsbooks, prediction markets, and data partners, while upholding league integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role drives commercial growth, manages the Authorized Gaming Operator and Prediction Market programs, and collaborates with Legal and Security to ensure policy adherence across MLS clubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in sports betting, prediction markets, sports data, or sports/media partnerships.
• Experience operating in a regulated environment with integrity/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with leading gaming companies and partners.
• Oversee integrity operations and compliance across MLS Clubs and partners.
• Manage commercial partnerships and data business activities.
• Drive growth in data partnerships and monetization opportunities.
• Provide partner service and growth through regular reporting and performance reviews.
