Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. seeks a Senior CAD Administrator to join our CAD Services team supporting the Transportation Work Group.

This position is located preferably at our Burnsville location, with Des Moines, IA; Charlotte, NC and Denver, CO locations also considered. You will set up, train, and support the design staff, using Bentley MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, ProjectWise, and OpenFlows products to drive plan production and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in drafting or related field from an accredited college.
• 7 years' experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.
• Knowledge of ProjectWise and OpenFlows applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, training, and ongoing support for Transportation design staff.
• Support plan production workflows using Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.
• Help project teams effectively use ProjectWise for collaboration.
• Assist with maintaining CAD standards, configurations, and workspace resources.
• Collaborate with CAD services and Transportation staff to improve design production efficiency and consistency.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining state DOT configurations and workspaces.
• Assist with developing training documentation and provide staff training.
