You will serve as the primary advisor, directing benefits strategy, renewal planning, financial management, and long-term program design while partnering closely with producers and internal subject matter authorities.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in employee benefits or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Life & Health Insurance License.
