Alera Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Benefit Consultant to join their Employee Benefits team. This hybrid role focuses on delivering proactive client service and developing benefits strategies that drive retention and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, an active Life and Health insurance license, and advanced skills in Excel. You'll play a key role in leading client meetings and presenting financial analyses while collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution.

The compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $150,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health insurance license.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Strong project management, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead strategic planning and key client meetings.
• Develop and deliver multi-year benefit strategies.
• Prepare, review and present advanced financial analyses.
• Provide strategic oversight of renewals and vendor relationships.
• Deliver clear, confident executive-level presentations.

Skills

Active Life and Health insurance license
