Strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

Advise on non-qualified deferred compensation and executive compensation compliance.
Analyze Section 409A requirements and related tax issues.
Support qualified retirement plan matters (e.g., 401(k), profit-sharing, defined benefit, cash balance).
Conduct legal research and provide analytical support on employee benefits and tax matters.
Work collaboratively with attorneys and plan sponsor clients.
