  • Promote the Bank’s benefit programs through presentations, written materials, and direct outreach.
  • Analyze benefits utilization and trends, recommending enhancements or corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely administration of all benefit programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in benefits and leave administration.

The Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of the Bank’s benefits programs. The analyst will actively promote benefit offerings and serve as a resource for employees and leaders, ensuring programs are understood and utilized effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and oversee leave programs and accommodations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with third party administrator to process claims and communicate appropriate details with employees, leaders and payroll.
  • Support annual benefits renewal processes, data analysis, and annual enrollment implementation and communication.
  • Organize and participate in benefits fairs and other promotional events to increase awareness and engagement with benefit programs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for employees and leaders, providing guidance, resolving complex inquiries, and supporting decision-making.
  • Promote the Bank’s benefit programs through presentations, written materials, and direct outreach.
  • Analyze benefits utilization and trends, recommending enhancements or corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely administration of all benefit programs.

The expected starting salary range for the Senior Benefits Analyst is between $90,500 and $113,100 annually. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
