Job summary

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. in Houston seeks a Benefits & 401(k) Analyst to administer employee benefits and the 401(k) program, serving as the main contact for benefits inquiries for Houston-based employees.

You will collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate deductions and timely transmissions while supporting field HR representatives across a decentralized model. The role requires strong communication, detailed recordkeeping, and travel to field offices in Louisiana and Tennessee to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on benefits administration experience.
• Some direct payroll experience is required.
• Working knowledge of ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA.
• Experience working across a multi-site or decentralized HR structure preferred.
• Careful and organized when handling sensitive employee data.

Responsibilities

• Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits plans for Houston-based employees; enrollment, changes, terminations, and events.
• Serve as benefits resource for field HR representatives, providing guidance and escalation support.
• Develop standard processes, communications, and scripts for consistent benefits support.
• Coordinate with carriers to resolve complex benefits issues and reconciliation.
• Support open enrollment by building timelines and preparing materials.
• Reconcile benefits invoices with enrollment records each month and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate leaves of absence and disability claims with carriers and HR partners.
• Maintain ACA/ERISA/HIPAA/COBRA compliance documentation.
