Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and independently operate two types of bending machines based on product configuration.
• Read engineering drawings for components and assemblies.
• Perform bending operations to specifications and inspect parts.
• Troubleshoot bending machines and address basic issues.
• Identify production issues and take corrective action to minimize downtime.
• Use measuring tools in both metric and imperial units to verify dimensions.
• Ensure parts meet tolerances and document fabrication activity.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards.
