Responsibilities

• Access engineering drawings, models, and production information using basic computer systems.
• Inspect parts with metric and imperial instruments and verify dimensions.
• Compare bent parts to drawings and ensure tolerances are met.
• Document fabrication and production tracking accurately.
• Load and operate one bending machine type per product and material requirements.
• Read fabrication drawings for wall, roof, door, base parts and other components.
• Operate one bending machine independently and troubleshoot routine issues.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity with continuous improvement.
• Use power and hand tools and demonstrate safe forklift/crane operation.
• Follow all procedures, policies, and work instructions for the bending work center.
