Tennessee Valley Authority seeks a Senior Analyst in Benchmarking & Competitive Analysis. The role leads complex projects assessing TVA's competitiveness across financial and operational metrics, coordinating across internal teams to gather data and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requires six+ years in financial, operational and competitive analysis, with strong communication skills and experience in utilities or consulting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; field aligned with accounting, finance, engineering or business.
• Six or more years in financial, operational and competitive analysis.
• Experience in utility industry or consulting in competitive analysis preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee complex projects analyzing TVA's competitiveness and benchmarks.
• Support senior leadership with technical and external issues affecting TVA.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for corporate intelligence and performance analysis.
• Develop internal executive presentations and communications.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders for accurate competitive information.
• Prepare material for quarterly competitive intelligence forums and facilitate discussions.
• Proactively gather competitive data to add business value.
• Engage with external organizations to improve analyses and processes.
• Guide intra-group staff to transfer knowledge and develop capabilities in competitive analysis.
• Pursue other special projects as assigned.
