Job summary

Olympic Manufacturing, in partnership with Ben Bridge Jeweler, seeks a skilled Jewelry Repair Bench Jeweler for our Repair Design Center in Bellevue. The role focuses on advanced repairs, bespoke pieces, and collaboration with the design team to deliver exceptional craftsmanship.

You will handle high-value materials, emphasizing precision, durability, and artistry. On-site work five days a week with strong emphasis on quality, communication, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of bench jeweler experience focusing on high-end repairs and custom design work.
• Proficiency in all aspects of jewelry repair, including stone setting, soldering, polishing, and finishing.
• Strong design skills and ability to conceptualize complex custom projects.
• Extensive knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry construction techniques.
• CAD/CAM software experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced jewelry repairs (re-sizing, stone resetting, prong repair, soldering) with structural and aesthetic integrity.
• Design and fabricate custom pieces per client specs and company standards.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to realize concepts and assess feasibility.
• Restore antique and heirloom jewelry with precision.
• Work with gold, platinum, silver, diamonds, and colored stones to achieve exceptional results.
• Ensure all work meets quality and design standards.
• Provide expert client guidance on repairs, modifications, and custom creations.
• Maintain and operate bench tools and ensure a safe, efficient workspace.
