Ben Bridge Jeweler Inc. seeks a skilled Jewelry Repair Bench Jeweler for our Repair Design Center in Bellevue. The role focuses on intricate repairs, detailed customization, and bespoke creations using high-value stones and precious metals.

You will collaborate with the design team, manage multiple projects, and uphold our commitment to craftsmanship and artistry. The position is on-site, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with a compensatory benefits package including insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience as a bench jeweler, with focus on high-end repairs and custom design work.
• Proficiency in all aspects of jewelry repair including stone setting, soldering, polishing, and finishing.
• Strong design skills and ability to conceptualize complex custom projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced jewelry repairs, including resizing, stone resetting, prong repair, and soldering while maintaining quality and aesthetics.
• Design and fabricate custom jewelry pieces per client specifications and company standards.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to realize concepts with feasibility and craftsmanship.
• Restore antique and heirloom jewelry to its original condition with precision and care.
• Work with precious metals and high-value gemstones to achieve exceptional results.
• Ensure all work adheres to company standards for quality, durability and design excellence.
• Communicate with clients for recommendations on repairs, modifications and custom pieces.
• Maintain and operate bench tools and equipment in a safe, efficient workspace.
