You will partner with client teams to quantify outcomes, craft ROI narratives, and guide decision-making, with hybrid work from hub offices in NYC/SF or other locations.

Qualifications

• PhD in Behavioral Science, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end measurement strategy aligned to client outcomes.
• Lead advanced data analysis to identify meaningful patterns and drivers of outcomes.
• Develop high-impact data narratives for executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales/Enterprise to embed impact narratives in deals and renewals.
• Uphold scientific rigor and ethical standards across analytics work.
• Contribute to client value realization and retention through evidence-based storytelling.
