Qualifications

• PhD in Behavioral Science, Industrial‑Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or a closely related field.
• Experience with data analysis, storytelling, and presenting to executives is preferred.
• Familiarity with behavioral science in SaaS or HR contexts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end‑to‑end measurement strategy aligned to client outcomes.
• Translate solution capabilities into defensible success metrics and ROI models.
• Lead advanced data analysis to identify patterns and outcome drivers.
