Job summary

George Junior Republic seeks a Behavioral Health Technician 3 for Aspire Secure Detention in Grove City, PA. The role provides daily safety, security and structure, focusing on care, custody and supervision of youths on campus.

Responsibilities include supervising youth, completing treatment goal notes, and helping youths develop life skills. Pay starts at $24.50/hour with potential increases for education/experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least an Associates or Bachelors in social work, psychology, criminal justice or related field.
• Familiarity with behavioral modification and treatment principles preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Clearance requirements (Act 33/34) will be required.
• Rotating schedule capability required.
• Ability to perform passive physical restraint.
