Job summary

A health and human services agency is seeking an LMSW/LCSW Program Director responsible for overall clinical management and administrative operations. You will oversee program staff and ensure compliance with standards while improving program services. Candidates should have significant experience in mental health treatment and strong leadership skills, as well as appropriate social work credentials. Qualifications

• 4–6 years’ experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment.
• 3–5 years administrative/supervisory experience in addiction and/or mental health.
• Completion of OASAS Clinical Supervision Foundations I & II within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises program staff and monitors the therapeutic environment.
• Implements agency policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and agency policy.

Skills

Knowledge of evidence-based treatments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to implement and monitor policy

Education

Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling

OASAS CASAC certification

Licensure as LMSW or LMHC or LCSW or Psychologist
