Native American Rehabilitation Association of the Northwest, Inc. (NARA) seeks a Senior Behavioral Health Operations Manager to oversee operating performance across behavioral health programs, grant-funded initiatives, licensing and compliance, and financial sustainability.

You will partner with leaders across finance, grants, quality, and compliance to drive outcomes and program expansion. The role reports to the Chief Behavioral Health Officer and emphasizes data-driven decision-making,

Responsibilities

• Program Performance & Quality: Develop and maintain Behavioral Health performance dashboards
• Program Performance & Quality: Monitor program productivity, access, engagement, retention, and discharge outcomes
• Program Performance & Quality: Coordinate quality improvement initiatives
• Program Performance & Quality: Present weekly and monthly performance reports to executive leadership
• Grant, Financial & Regulatory Oversight: Monitor performance of federal, state, tribal, county, and private grant-funded programs
• Grant, Financial & Regulatory Oversight: Track approximately $16 million in grant-funded program activities and deliverables
• Grant, Financial & Regulatory Oversight: Partner with Finance and Revenue Cycle teams to monitor program financial performance
• Grant, Financial & Regulatory Oversight: Monitor compliance with federal, state, tribal, and contractual requirements
• Strategic Planning & Executive Leadership: Serve as strategic advisor to the Chief Behavioral Health Officer
• Strategic Planning & Executive Leadership: Lead operational planning efforts
• Strategic Planning & Executive Leadership: Support development of new service lines and program expansion initiatives
• Strategic Planning & Executive Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving finance, grants, compliance, operations, and clinical leadership
• Operational Excellence: Identify operational barriers impacting performance
• Operational Excellence: Develop corrective action plans when performance targets are not achieved
• Operational Excellence: Partner with Compliance and Quality teams to mitigate risk
