Elevance Health seeks an Advanced Analytics Consultant to translate data into actionable member insights and program improvements. The role blends in-office collaboration (1–2 days/week) with flexible remote work, supporting health outcome optimization and client value demonstration.

The candidate will lead analytics initiatives, design tests, and communicate complex results to executives. A strong background in health analytics and proficiency with SAS/SQL, Python, Tableau, Snowflake, and Power

Qualifications

Requires MS, MA, or PhD with concentration in a quantitative discipline and a minimum of 5 years experience in health care analytics.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to present results to business audiences.

Responsibilities

Collects and analyzes data related to behavioral health and substance use to understand trends and inform business decisions.
Provides analytical insights to support solution development based on quality, use, and cost drivers.
Develops analysis templates for problem diagnosis and opportunities assessment.
Leads projects, authors white papers, and presents findings to stakeholders.
Develops targeting criteria or customer segmentation based on insights and operations considerations.
Develops algorithms to target the right members and measures program outcomes.
