Aspire Living & Learning, Inc. is seeking a Senior Behavior Therapist to join ALL Academy in Naugatuck, CT, delivering student-centered behavioral and educational services in a classroom setting.

The role reports to teachers and behavior analysts and involves collaboration with multidisciplinary staff. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, health plans, FSA/HSA options, retirement matching, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education) strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• 1 year experience with individuals with Autism, intellectual disabilities, or other social/behavioral needs.
• 1 year experience in implementing and collecting data related to areas such as School-Wide PBS, Tier Plans, Direct Instruction, Precision Teaching, or other behavior analytic measures.

Responsibilities

• As a Behavior Therapist, you will work under the guidance of Special Education Teachers and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to implement each student’s educational and behavioral programs.
• Collaborate with service providers, including School Psychologists, Speech and Language Pathologists and Occupational/Physical Therapists.
