Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Senior Behavior Therapist to work in one of our Approved Private Special Education Programs (ALL Academy) in Trumbull, CT. You will provide behavioral and educational supports to neurodiverse students in a school-based setting, collaborating with teachers and analysts to implement individualized programs.

This role features a Monday–Friday schedule, a salary of $40,000–$50,000, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• 1 year experience with individuals with Autism or related needs
• Background checks satisfactory

Responsibilities

• Implement student education and behavioral programs under supervision
• Collaborate with Teachers, BCBAs, and therapists
• Support students in classroom and during related services (Speech, OT, PT)
