Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning in Stamford, CT is seeking a Behavior Therapist to join our Approved Private Special Education Program (ALL Academy). You will deliver behavioral and educational supports to children who have been outplaced to our program, under supervision from teachers and BCBAs.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, and you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help students reach their goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of direct support experience with children with disabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement each student’s educational and behavioral programs under supervision.
• Collaborate with school psychologists and therapists.
