Job summary

Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (SARRC) is seeking a Senior Behavior Therapist (RBT) to provide ABA interventions and oversee a team of therapists in Phoenix, AZ. This on-site role requires strong collaboration, leadership, and adherence to treatment plans for autism-focused services.

Starting pay is $24/hour with a $500 sign-on bonus for RBTs, plus opportunities for overtime and weekly clinical hour incentives.

Qualifications

• PBSA/ABA techniques used (e.g., PRT, DTT, PECS).
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills in a clinical team.
• Ability to supervise and guide therapists and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA intervention services to individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Oversee and support team of Behavior Therapists and Lead Behavior Therapists.
• Coordinate with client teams to implement treatment plans and ensure goals are met.
• Communicate effectively with peers and families to guide care.
