Position Summary
Provides direct treatment services for clients across a broad age range while also providing client services and treatments within multiple client service teams and programs. Responsible for ensuring that all critical tasks are fulfilled on a timely and high‑quality basis.
What You’ll Do
- Comply fully with all medical records and information privacy regulations, local, state, and federal.
- Provide input, observations, and feedback to Clinical Supervisors regarding client treatment plans, programming, data, and progress.
- Provide highly effective and best‑practice treatment for clients face‑to‑face and assist other clinical staff in delivering on this objective.
- Coordinate with other internal clinical professionals in the best interests of clients and their families, recommending treatment plan improvements as necessary based on client progress.
- Conduct overlap training and competency assessments for initial and renewal Registered Behavior Technician credentialing of Behavior Therapists, as applicable.
- Properly document all work activities, session notes, and treatment service results on a fully accurate and timely basis.
- Provide client treatments using varying treatment models with minimal oversight, frequently with clients who have not met previously.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus areas of education, sociology, special education or psychology preferred.
- Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
- In excess of 2,400 direct treatment hours of clinical experience is required.
- 3 to 6 years of employment in a clinical environment on a full‑time, part‑time and/or work‑study basis is required, preferably including recent work with individuals with ASD.
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst licensure is preferred.
Hours, Pay and Benefits
Hours: Full‑time
Starting Salary: $55,000 per year
RBT Certification Requirement
Registered Behavior Technician certification is required within 30 days of employment.
Transportation Requirement
Behavior staff are required to have reliable transportation to/from clients with a clean driving record (no more than 3 minor violations).
