Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Stylist to consult with guests on hair care needs and deliver quality services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. The Stylist will drive service and product sales while maintaining salon standards and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a Cosmetology license and prior salon experience, with a focus on teamwork, communication, and relationship-building to create a total-store, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous salon experience is preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services: design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos and treatments.
• Meet or exceed weekly service sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate business acumen and drive growth opportunities.
• Demonstrate and sell product demonstrations to guests.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation and state guidelines.
