Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a BE&I Senior Consultant to deliver and support fee-earning consulting assignments in physical security risk management, security strategy, and program design across multiple cities. The role involves project management, independent and team delivery, and active client engagement.

The successful candidate will work with clients and colleagues across a broad range of built environment sectors, translating risk insights into practical security solutions that support

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills with strong report writing and presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, or French) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services by developing practical solutions to physical and electronic security risks.
• Scope, plan, deliver, and support projects across security risk assessments, CPTED, design basis threat, and security planning.
• Coordinate with client teams to reflect business priorities in security recommendations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and design teams to support security solutions.
• Support projects from initial enquiry through proposal, delivery, QA, and closure.
• Maintain strong client communications and trusted advisory relationships.
• Apply methodologies, standards, and document control requirements.
• Contribute to proposals, marketing materials, and business development.
