Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5–7 years in the composites, plastics, advanced materials, or related manufacturing sales or BD roles.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, market share expansion, and multi-level relationship management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects from opportunity to commercialization.
• Strong consultative selling, forecasting, and business planning skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (per job description); travel may be higher depending on accounts.
