Job summary

Halara is seeking a results-driven Business Development specialist to own celebrity, IP, MCN and KOL partnerships for English-speaking markets. You will independently oversee the full partnership lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiation to contract execution and campaign delivery—to elevate brand influence and drive measurable growth.

You will design strategies, onboard global talents and MCN partners, manage end-to-end campaigns, and optimize performance based on exposure, ROI and compliance

Qualifications

• Proven cross-border BD experience delivering full-cycle celebrity/IP projects.
• Preferred background in apparel, beauty, or consumer brands.
• Native or business-level English with strong written/oral skills.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating and onboarding overseas partners.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development specialist to own celebrity, IP, MCN and KOL commercial partnerships for English-speaking markets. You will independently oversee the full partnership lifecycle — from resource sourcing and negotiation to contract execution and campaign delivery — to elevate brand influence and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted celebrity & IP cooperation strategies and campaign roadmaps for English-speaking markets.
• Independently source, negotiate and onboard global talents, IP assets and MCN partners, and complete contract execution in alignment with the legal team.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including creative coordination, launch and daily operation; continuously optimize performance based on exposure, conversion and ROI data.
• Build and maintain a high-quality global network of agencies, copyright institutions and MCNs; establish standardized SOPs and replicate successful partnership cases.

Job Requirements

• Proven cross-border BD experience with a track record of independently delivering full-cycle celebrity/IP cooperation projects. Prior experience in apparel, beauty, DTC or consumer brand industries is highly preferred.
• Native or business-level English proficiency with excellent oral and written skills, enabling smooth communication with overseas agencies, copyright holders and legal teams.
• In-depth knowledge of mainstream Western social platforms (IG, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.) and relevant compliance policies, covering ad disclosure, portrait rights and IP authorization regulations.
• Verifiable successful project cases or existing overseas partner resources. Strong budget management, ROI awareness and cross-team collaboration capabilities.
• Flexible to take occasional overseas business trips.
