Job summary

Attain ABA is seeking a BCBA Supervisor to design and direct ABA treatment plans and to train technicians. You will supervise field work, develop client-specific ABA programs, and collaborate with families to optimize outcomes.

This role emphasizes leadership, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development, with generous compensation and extensive training resources. Telehealth opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• BCBA certification issued by the BACB.
• Appropriate state license as required in state of employment.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence and acceptable driving record.
• Prior experience as BCBA or RBT preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs and ABA software (Central Reach preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for clients in home and community settings.
• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide field supervision for clients as required by the treatment plan.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of behavior technicians.
• Review session notes and data to monitor client progress and BT proficiency.
• Provide parent training and maintain good communication with families.
• Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with parents and professionals.
• Supervise BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB guidelines.
