lumesp is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The role blends school-based consultation with remote telehealth services, offering flexibility while maintaining meaningful, in-person collaboration.

You will lead as the BCBA for a partner school, dedicating about 75% of your time to staff and student support within the Atlanta area. Responsibilities include FBA/BIP development, supervision of RBTs, data review, and telehealth delivery, with

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be able to supervise staff.
• Experience with school-based consultation and telehealth is preferred.
• Strong data-driven decision making and progress monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the lead BCBA for a partner school, dedicating approximately 75% of time to staff and student support.
• Attend in-person school meetings or classroom observations 1–2 times per month within an hour of northwest Atlanta; otherwise, remote.
• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs tailored to individual students.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and paraprofessionals, on-site and via telehealth.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure treatment integrity and alignment with educational goals.
• Review and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Deliver telehealth ABA services to additional clients outside the school partnership.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, HIPAA, and payer documentation standards.
• Maintain clear, timely session notes, progress reports, and treatment updates.
• Participate in QA reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical quality and outcomes.
