Job summary

Forte Behavioral Health LLC in Corona-Norco Unified School District is seeking a Senior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead behavioral services for students with complex needs. You will supervise staff, mentor BIs and RBTs, and ensure high-fidelity implementation of BIPs and FBAs.

The role requires strong ABA knowledge, 4+ years of experience, and the ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams in a school setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• At least four years of ABA, special education, or behavioral intervention experience.
• Experience supervising and training staff.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Experience with severe/complex behaviors.
• Strong knowledge of ABA, data analysis, and interventions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Ability to collaborate with families and school teams.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee FBAs and the development of BIPs.
• Provide clinical oversight for students with complex behavioral needs.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Interventionists, RBTs, and other staff.
• Guide other supervisors and clinical team members.
• Monitor implementation of interventions through observation and data.
• Modify strategies based on progress and data.
• Ensure treatment fidelity and documentation quality.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations.
• Develop and deliver training for school personnel and staff.
• Review behavioral data and session records for accuracy.
• Support clinical program development and quality improvement.
• Resolve complex clinical, staffing, or service-delivery concerns.
• Maintain compliance with IDEA, 504, CA requirements and BACB ethics.
