Action Behavior Centers is seeking a BCBA leader to drive compassionate, evidence-based ABA treatment in our Texas centers. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work with families to set goals and monitor progress in a child-centered, play-focused environment.

We offer a strong compensation package from $84,000 to $117,670 annually, uncapped bonuses, mentorship opportunities, and a clear leadership path.

Formación

• BCBA certification required or equivalent licensure.
• Experience supervising RBTs and guiding trainees.
• Strong communication with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.
