Action Behavior Centers is seeking a BCBA with leadership experience to oversee clinical teams in a fast-growing ABA therapy network. You will supervise RBTs, mentor trainees, and collaborate with families to set goals and monitor progress while delivering evidence-based, play-focused therapy.

Qualifications

• BCBA or Sr.BCBA with leadership experience.
• Experience mentoring RBTs and supervising trainees.
• Ability to develop clinically sound treatment plans and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
