Qualifications
- Master's Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB.
- BCBA certification or within 3 months of taking the Boards.
- Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and provide feedback to RBTs and support staff.
- Monitor and analyze patient data to optimize treatment plans.
