Job summary

Brighter Steps ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team and develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families to ensure client success.

The role offers a full-time schedule with flexible shifts in New Jersey, and a strong emphasis on professional development and making a meaningful difference in children's lives.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
