Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a High-Acuity Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support clinicians in the assessment and treatment of complex behavioral issues. This role focuses on providing clinical consultation and mentorship for cases involving severe behaviors and psychiatric comorbidities.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, an active BCBA credential, and 5-7 years of experience in ABA. Benefits include up to $15K relocation support, 21 paid days off, and comprehensive medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of clinical experience in ABA.
• Experience with functional assessments and severe behavior.
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to BCBAs for complex cases.

• Maintain a small caseload of complex clients.
