Pair ABA in Snohomish, WA is seeking a credentialed BCBA to provide supervision and clinical guidance to BCBAs. The role emphasizes ethical leadership, mentorship, and maintaining high standards of care for children aged 1.5–18 years.

You will work closely with the Clinical Director to uphold clinical excellence, support a positive team culture, and pursue ongoing professional development through training opportunities and advanced skill initiatives.

Formación

• Must hold BCBA credential and be licensed.
• Experience supervising BCBAs preferred.
• Commitment to high ethical standards in ABA practice.
