Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3+ years of system-level design for lithium-ion battery packs or related electrical systems.
• 4+ years of engineering experience in automotive, aerospace, industrial, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture for lithium-ion battery packs and modules.
• Create electrical schematics for battery systems and control electronics.
• Select and integrate electronics hardware including sensors, power electronics, and microcontrollers.
• Perform thermal and power dissipation analyses to ensure reliability.
• Contribute to circuit design, validation, and bench testing.
• Support safety and functional safety compliance (ISO 26262 or equivalent).
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, program management, and manufacturing teams.
• Develop validation test plans, analyze data, and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Communicate results with customers, suppliers, and leadership.
