Shield AI, based in Boston, is looking for a Battery owner to lead all aspects of battery systems for the X-BAT Launch and Recovery Vehicle. You will define and execute the vision for the battery system and work in a dynamic environment assisting with the design and deployment of high-performance battery systems.

The role requires a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, including battery design on large aircraft or equivalent systems. A competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $220,000, alongside bonuses, benefits, and equity, is offered.
