Qualificações

• Educational background in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Eight or more years in commissioning, electrical power systems, or utility-scale energy storage.
• Direct commissioning or field-testing experience with utility-scale battery energy storage systems.
• Experience leading technical teams across multiple projects or dispersed sites.
• Strong knowledge of medium- and high-voltage equipment, transformers, protection and controls.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Commissioning Managers and oversee commissioning across North America.
• Develop commissioning strategies, plans, schedules, and turnover processes.
• Serve as escalation point for technical issues, safety, and schedule risks.
• Provide technical leadership during energization, testing, and commissioning.
• Maintain accurate commissioning reports and project turnover packages.
• Represent the team in customer meetings and communicate project status.
