Job summary
Rapid Bath Remodel in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Bathroom Remodeler / Lead Installer to oversee residential projects from prep to finish. You will install tubs, showers, wall surrounds and fixtures, while representing the company with professionalism and strong communication.
Candidates should have hands-on experience in remodeling, plumbing or carpentry, their own tools, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel within the Phoenix area. Acrylic systems experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Experience in bathroom remodeling or construction is required.
- Experience with plumbing, carpentry, tiling or acrylic systems is expected.
- Lead installation experience is preferred.
- Must own hand and power tools and have reliable transportation with a valid license.
Responsibilities
- Lead bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
- Install tubs, showers, wall systems and fixtures.
- Demo and prep work areas for new installations.
- Ensure work meets quality standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe job site and document steps of installation.
- Provide regular photo updates to internal support staff.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project.
- Complete projects efficiently while upholding high craftsmanship.
- Identify and address installation issues to ensure quality results.
