Qualifications

About the Position

Rapid Bath Remodel is seeking an experienced Bathroom Remodeler / Lead Installer to join our growing team in the Phoenix area. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship and are committed to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.

As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for completing residential bathroom remodeling projects from preparation through completion. This includes installing tubs, showers, wall surrounds, fixtures, and other bathroom components. You will also represent Rapid Bath Remodel in homeowners homes, making professionalism, communication, and attention to detail essential.

Experience with acrylic wall systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead bathroom remodeling projects from preparation through completion.
• Install tubs, showers, wall systems, and bathroom fixtures.
• Perform demolition and prepare work areas for new installations.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and manufacturer guidelines.
