Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Batch Record Auditor to verify production records for accuracy and compliance with plant procedures and GMP. The role involves maintaining databases, ensuring timely retrieval of information, and feedback to responsible departments on discrepancies.

This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to work under supervision while contributing to quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes including Analytical Processing and Filling.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot existing/potential problems; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet batch release timing.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders for completeness and compliance to policies and regulations.
• Initiate nonconforming material reports and corrective actions; route to senior staff.
• Audit and disposition batches; ensure issues are addressed before submission.
• Enter and maintain work orders, nonconforming reports, and inspection records in the system.
• Provide support for data collection and cross-functional requests from other teams.
