Job summary

ADM Forsyth, MO is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support quality systems on the production floor, ensuring strict adherence to cGMP and accurate documentation. You will review batch records, manage calibrations, and participate in investigations with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of related experience or an Associate's with 5 years in the industry, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Appropriate Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and 1-year related industry experience and/or training; or an Associate's degree and 5 years of related industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret scientific and legal documents; communicate with regulatory agencies and customers.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process control and Quality Engineering would be helpful.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve certificates of analysis and batch folders; file and maintain records as required.
• Alert deviations from specifications; assist investigations by collecting data or samples.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations and Technology to ensure batches and materials are ready for release by due dates.
• Carry out validation or verification procedures to ensure system compliance.
• Provide support for laboratory analysis on validation/verification samples as required.
• Review data for validation, verification and investigation activities.
• Coordinate with Production to discuss and resolve documentation observations.
• Manage equipment maintenance and calibration program and related documentation.
