Kelso Building Services (KBS) in Austin, TX is seeking a Sr. BAS/HVAC Controls Technician to service diverse commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial facilities.

You will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize BAS and HVAC controls while delivering proactive remote support through DOC. Ideal candidates have 3+ years BAS service experience, strong HVAC troubleshooting skills, and a track record reading control drawings and commissioning DDC systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BAS service experience required.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and reading control drawings.
• Experience commissioning and servicing DDC systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair BAS control systems and field devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service inspections.
• Support controller upgrades, migrations and system expansions.
• Document work and maintain system backups.
• Provide customer training and post‑service support.
