KingRecruitingServices is looking for Building Automation Project Managers to join a rapidly growing BAS systems integrator serving Chicago and national clients. The role emphasizes the business side of project management, including client communications, coordinating technicians and subs, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting, with 1–2 days in the office in the Western Chicago Suburbs.

Applicants should have 2+ years of BAS project management experience (from junior to senior).

Formación

• 2+ years of Building Automation Project Management experience (2+ years up to Sr level).
• Experience coordinating client communications and managing technicians and subs.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling and forecasting of projects.

• Coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage budgets, schedules and forecast project needs.
• Lead and develop teams of technicians and subcontractors.
