Accounting Search is seeking a Building Automation Project Manager to join a growing BAS integrator with Chicago and national reach. The role focuses on client communication, managing technicians and subs, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting, with 1–2 days in the office in the Western Chicago Suburbs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of BAS project experience and will work with a strong leadership team that supports professional and financial growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Building Automation project management.
• Experience coordinating cross-discipled teams including technicians and subcontractors.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and forecasting capabilities.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Building Automation projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Coordinate technicians and subcontractors, track progress and quality.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Communicate with clients on status, risks, and changes in scope.
