Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Houston seeks a Building Automation Systems (BAS) Project Representative to act as the IS Delivery project's technical authority and client advocate, guiding planning, procurement, construction oversight, and turnover.

You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, ensure cybersecurity, interoperability, energy management goals, and successful project outcomes across complex facilities.

The role requires 10+ years in BAS design/commissioning and open protocol experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in building automation systems design, construction, commissioning, or operations.
• Experience with complex facilities such as hospitals, research labs, pharmaceutical facilities, mission-critical environments and large commercial buildings.
• Preference for certifications such as CHFM, CEM, CCP, LEED, PE.

Responsibilities

• BAS Planning & Program Development and procurement planning for IS Delivery portfolios.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Data Delivery, M&V, and Analytics to meet HVAC, energy management and fault detection requirements.
• Lead design reviews, submittals, and maintain interoperability and cybersecurity standards.
• Support commissioning activities and turnover to facility operations teams.
• Oversee procurement documents, bid packages, and vendor qualification.
