Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Building Automation Project Representative to act as the technical authority and client advocate for IS Delivery initiatives. You will plan procurement, oversee construction, and manage system activation and turnover of BAS across projects.

You will lead collaboration with architects, engineers, controls contractors, and facility operations to ensure performance, cybersecurity, and long-term value. The role demands 10+ years in BAS and experience with complex facilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in BAS design, construction, commissioning, or operations.
• Experience with complex facilities (hospitals, labs, pharma, mission-critical).
• Experience managing BAS through the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead BAS planning and procurement strategies for IS Delivery portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with controls architecture, integration, and interoperability standards.
• Coordinate BAS integration with HVAC, central plants, utilities, and analytics.
• Support turnover and operational readiness with documentation and training.
