Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior BAS/HVAC Controls Project Manager in Los Angeles to lead BAS/BMS projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure all specifications, timelines, and budgets are met while coordinating with installers and vendors on site.

The role requires 5+ years of BAS/BMS or HVAC controls project management experience and the ability to travel to project sites as needed. A strong track record in the building automation sector is essential.

• Experience with one of the listed BAS/BMS platforms.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Job Details

As a Senior PM on our team, you will manage and oversee entire BAS/BMS projects from start to finish, ensuring that all project requirements are met within the given timeline and budget. You will also conduct regular site visits to ensure that the installation and commissioning of the BAS/BMS systems are done according to the project specifications.

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years of BAS/BMS or HVAC Controls project management experience


• Experience working with one of the following BAS/BMS platforms: Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Automated Logic, Delta Controls, Distech, or Trane


• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

NICE TO HAVE:

• BAS/BMS programming
