Job summary

Enviromatic Systems, Inc. is seeking a SeniorBAS Automation Programmer to design, program, and commission BAS control systems for commercial buildings.

You will integrate graphics, configure controllers, and support commissioning so systems operate as intended. As part of a project team, you will interpret mechanical, electrical, and HVAC drawings, create user-friendly interfaces, train end users, and communicate with project management and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Experience with interpreting MEP drawings and applying them to BAS projects.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

SeniorBAS Automation Programmer

Since 1973, Enviromatic Systems, Inc. has installed BAS control systems in commercial office buildings, schools, hospitals, colleges, and government buildings. Due to our long-term success, loyal customer base, and growth, we are looking to hire high-caliber individuals.

Full-time duties included but not limited to:

• BAS control system programming
• Red-lined drawings for as-built creation
• BAS graphic/animation integration
• Controller programming/configuring/networking
• Test & balance commissioning/trouble-shooting
• Training end users to operate system

Requirements:

• Service-driven attitude
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Experience with MEP plan interpretation and application
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience with withdrawing and/or computer graphics
• Strong sense of urgency
